This hotel has loveliness. breakfast is fantastic. I loved the fresh food selection. rooms feature nice tall ceilings, which adds to the spacious feel. the location is genuinely perfect for exploring, very central to everything.

The front desk offered easy check-in and provided detailed information about local attractions. The location was PERFECT. Many sites, shops, and restaurants were within walking distance. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The hotel provided valet parking , made everything easier.
Some furniture in the room was dated. the shower stall was very small, hindering movement.

the staff was cute and explained everything well. my expectations were certainly met. the rooms were very very comfy and tidy (i particularly appreciated the attention to detail). i would definitely recommend a stay here.
the hotel lacked a pool and a gym. i also found that they do not bring an iron to the room. instead, they take it away and iron items for you (this proved inconvenient for quick touch-ups before going out).

The room's soundproofing was subpar. I could hear conversations and other noises from adjacent rooms. It made restful sleep difficult (I mean, who wants to hear someone else's phone call at 3 AM?). The bathroom also lacked a safety bar in the shower, which seemed like an oversight for a supposedly top-tier place.

the staff members were helpful and friendly i particularly valued the attentiveness i received upon arrival. the room had a very comfortable bed it ensured a restful sleep throughout my stay. the hotel provided a delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and a selection of pastries. the location was excellent placing me near local attractions.
the shower was somewhat small it made movement a little difficult
